    No application is required to begin your stay at the Arabella Inn.

  • Do you run background checks?

    We keep the process simple- no background checks are required to stay at the Arabella Inn.

  • Do you require a security deposit?

    Yes, there is a one-time, non-refundable $50 deposit to reserve your room.

  • How long is the lease term?

    Leases typically run on a weekly basis, but we are open to discussing monthly options.

  • How quickly can I move in?

    Immediately! We offer a quick and easy move-in process.

  • What does the tenant portal do?

    The Tenant Portal is an online tool provided for you at no cost. You will be able to:

    1. Pay your rent online.
    2. View your previous and upcoming payments.
    3. Submit and track maintenance requests.

    The Arabella Inn offers a simple, flexible, and hassle-free stay with quick move-ins, and a welcoming historic atmosphere.

  • If something is broken, will you fix it?

    Yes! If anything needs attention during your stay, please submit a maintenance request through the DoorLoop tenant portal.

  • How often is rent due and how can I pay it?

    Rent is due prior to occupancy and will post weekly or monthly on the anniversary of your move-in date. All payments are processed through the DoorLoop tenant portal.

  • How do I access my Tenant Portal?

    You will receive an automated invitation to your email. You can also click here to watch a video on using the portal.
